• Initial Home Cleanings: First-time house cleanings can take 4-6 hours to clean depending on the size and how much work is involved. This gives us the opportunity to do a deep clean of your home.

 

The cleaning service rates below are simply base/starting rates. The rate to clean your home will depend on the square footage of your home and how often you need cleaning.

 

• Initial Home Cleans: start at $160.00 for small homes or apartments (1000 sq.ft. or under). For larger homes (1000 to (1800 sq.ft. $200.00) and houses 1800 sq.ft. and over $250.00 the initial thorough cleaning rate will be higher.

 

• Maintenance House Cleaning: starting at $90.00 per cleaning. (1000 sq.ft. or under) $100.00, and $120.00 (weekly cleanings) for biweekly add $10.00 to your sq.ft. price, and monthly add $20.00 to your sq.ft.

 

• Move-in/Move-Out Cleans: starting at $200.00 and will go up depending on the sq.ft. of the house to be cleaned.

 

• One Time Thorough House Cleanings: starting at $200.00 and will go up depending on the sq.ft. of the house to be cleaned.

 

• Rental Property Cleaning Services: The average rate for a small one bedroom, one bath apartment is $200.00. This includes inside refrigerator/oven and inside windows.

 

• Add on House Cleaning Services: Refrigerator/freezer cleaning $30.00 Ovens $30.00.
