• Initial House Cleanings: First-time house cleanings can take 4-6 hours to clean depending on the size and how much work is involved. This gives us the opportunity to do a deep clean of your home.

 

The cleaning service rates below are simply base/starting rates. The rate to clean your home will depend on the square footage of your home and how often you need cleaning.

 

• Initial House Cleanings: Start at $160.00 for small homes or apartments (1000 sq.ft. or under). For larger homes (1000 to 1400 sq.ft. $170.00)(1500 sq.ft. to 1800 sq. ft $180.00) and houses (1800 sq.ft. to 2000 sq.ft. $200.00) over 2000 sq. $250.00 the initial thorough cleaning rate will be higher.

2. (1000 sq.ft. to 1450 sq.ft. $170.00)

3. (1450 sq.ft. to 1800 sq. ft $180.00)

4. (1800 sq.ft. to 2100 sq.ft. $200.00)

5. (2100 sq.ft. to 2400 sq.ft. $250.00)

 

• Maintenance House Cleaning: Generally start between $80.00 and $120.00 per cleaning. But size as well as frequency of cleanings play a big part in the prices.We offer weekly, biweekly, and monthly cleaning.

 

• Move-in/Move-Out Cleans: Generally start between $200.00 and $250.00 but will go up depending on the condition and size of the property to be cleaned. Giving an accurate estimate for these cleanings is difficult at best so we ask for an hourly rate of $35.00 per hour for hours worked past 3 hours..

 

• Rental Property Cleaning Services: 

• Start at $160.00 for small homes or apartments (1000 sq.ft. or under). For larger homes (1000 to 1400 sq.ft. $170.00)(1500 sq.ft. to 1800 sq. ft $180.00) and houses (1800 sq.ft. to 2000 sq.ft. $200.00) over 2000 sq. $250.00 the initial thorough cleaning rate will be higher.

• Add on House Cleaning Services: 

1. Refrigerators and Ovens are an add on item and can be added to your cleaning for $30.00 each.

2. Lime and rust removal from tubs, showers and sinks is not regular house cleaning, it requires heavy chemicals and a lot of extra work but can be added on for $30.00 for tubs and showers, or $15.00 for sinks.

3. Dishes are not part of a regular house cleaning, but they may be add on at your request. If there is dishes that need to be done in order to clean your kitchen we will bill you for this add on item. $25.00.
